The personal safety, physical well-being, and dignity of our therapists are strictly protected. We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy against any form of harassment, intimidation, violence, or unlawful conduct.

- •Immediate session termination upon any inappropriate request, boundary violation, or aggressive behavior.
- •Immediate police reporting and criminal prosecution for any physical, verbal, or unlawful endangerment.
Any harm, threats, assault, harassment, or unlawful acts directed at our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and permanent blacklisting. All offenses will be immediately reported to the Philippine National Police (PNP) and local authorities, and will be vigorously prosecuted to the fullest extent of Philippine law under Republic Act 11313 (Safe Spaces Act), the Revised Penal Code, and applicable criminal statutes.
